Owns AI-enabled loyalty, retention and growth across a multi-million reader portfolio in English and Arabic. Scope spans the AI delivery framework now used across product, design and engineering; an AI-personalisation layer over the editorial notification stack on GCP; bilingual content taxonomy as product-owned data architecture; and the Follow Topic experience on native mobile. Reports to the Head of Product Management & Digital.

Led product across an ed-tech platform serving teachers and students, owning delivery, sprint architecture and technical decision-making for a cross-functional team of engineers and designers. Shipped AI-powered teacher workflow tooling, a redesigned search experience built on custom ranking, and learning features focused on retention.

Founded the product management function as the first product hire at an e-commerce business. Built the agile rituals, governance and cross-functional architecture from zero, owned the AI-driven personalisation and merchandising layer across the shopping surface, and ran an executive-agreed roadmap with quarterly value reviews to the C-suite. Designed and launched the customer loyalty program.

Eleven-year tenure at a boutique consultancy, rising to Chief Innovation Officer running enterprise IT system design, architecture and vendor management across an eight-industry portfolio including telecom, finance, education, energy and public sector. Conceived and launched Zain eSports end-to-end as their consultant, led the AOU Riyadh campus IT redesign, and built the internal project management software and RFP framework still used across the practice.
